Pickup and collection between the hours of     10:00AM TO 11:30AM  AND   04:00PM TO 05:30PM

Weekends and public holidays  BY APPOINTMENT

Pick up and delivery can be arranged in an air conditioned vehicle.  Fee applies.

Inspections are welcome by appointment only so that our guests are disturbed as little as possible.

If you require alternative hours, please discuss this with us.

For the protection of all our guests we cannot accept freshly vaccinated pets as it takes two weeks
for the vaccinations to become effective.  This also applies to the yearly booster vaccinations.

CATS    F3 or F4 and for        DOGS   C5

Vaccination certificates are required prior to or on the day of commencing holidays.   

We are members of the PIAA  (Pet Industry Association of Australia and the RSPCA)

Our experience with pets has extended over many years and includes obedience and showing.

We will happily assist you with basic obedience training for your dog.
